IWMS members and friends are partnering with the East Village Vancouver Business Improvement Association the second Saturday of the month - May through September! Join us at Kamloops Plaza at Kamloops & East Hastings Street on May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, and September 12. This fun, outdoor plaza has become a local hub of activity and entertainment in this diverse and historic neighbourhood!

  • Chimera Design specializes in creating custom jewellery and fire-breathing fashion for people and pets. Local Vancouverite and market organizer, Nancy Nesbitt loves to help other small business owners share their products with larger audiences.   • Alé Silva Art is the creative studio of Vancouver-based artist Alejandra Silva. Her work celebrates women, emotion, and empowerment through whimsical, dreamlike illustrations. Available as original paintings, prints, and custom commissions.IG @alesilvaart

  • Chloe Greenberg is a life coach and art teacher.   • ST Art. Stephanie Tu is an artist based in Surrey, B.C. She has been painting for many years and enjoys creating oil paintings and art print products. Her inspirations include Canadian land- and city-scapes plus pet and human portraiture, and flowers! IG @stephanietusart 

  • The Wow Culture is the brainchild of Ingrid Broussillon, an entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, speaker, and storyteller. She is a strong believer that a good laugh can create bridges between people. IWMS is pleased to partner with Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House and DIVERSEcity for an upcoming event: Women Empowering Women: A Collaborative Networking and Learning Event for Aspiring Entrepreneurs. 
See you on Saturday, July 8, 10 am – 1 pm, at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House (800 E. Broadway)! This collaborative networking event is open to new and aspiring women entrepreneurs. You'll gain invaluable insights, forge meaningful connections and learn from experts in the field. This event will provide a supportive platform for sharing experiences, finding inspiration, and nurturing leadership skills.
